Everything you need to get the most out of Courrex — for operators running the dispatch dashboard, drivers using the field app, and developers integrating Courrex with their existing systems.

Concepts
Operators and drivers
Courrex separates two roles. Operators sign in to the web dashboard at courrex.com/admin with an email and password. They create stops, assign drivers, and monitor deliveries. Drivers sign in to the mobile app (or the web fallback at /driver) with a 6-digit code their dispatcher provides.
Stops and routes
A stop is a single delivery — an address, a customer reference, and any associated metadata (order amount, payment method, special instructions). A route is the ordered sequence of stops a driver completes during one shift. Courrex's route optimizer can re-order stops to minimize total drive time.
Live state
While a driver has an active route, their device emits position updates roughly every three seconds. The dashboard renders these in real time on a map, with ETA computed from current position to next stop using current traffic.
