Data subjects in any EU member state may also lodge complaints with their local supervisory authority.
Consumer dispute resolution
Consumer disputes may be filed with the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste Komisjon), administered by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. EU residents may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Courrex is primarily a B2B service. Disputes between Courrex and business customers are decided by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn under Estonian law, per Terms of Service §14.

Web application hosted by Vercel Inc. on the Frankfurt EU edge. Database and object storage by Supabase Inc. in the Frankfurt region (EU). Push notifications delivered via Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). See Privacy Policy §7 for the complete list of data processors.
