Dispatch dashboard

The dispatch dashboard is the web-based control center for your operations team. Sign in at courrex.com/admin with your work email.

Layout overview

The dashboard is organized into six tabs along the left sidebar:

  • Live map — every active driver, their current stop, and ETAs.
  • Stops — create, edit, assign, and bulk-import deliveries.
  • Drivers — manage your team, login codes, and zones.
  • Chat — message any driver directly, with auto-translation.
  • Reports — daily, weekly, and per-driver delivery metrics.
  • Inventory — track stock per driver and per warehouse.

Live map

The default view. Each driver appears as a colored pin with their initials. The pin pulses when a position update is received (every ~3 seconds). Click a pin to see:

  • Current stop and ETA
  • Stops completed today vs. remaining
  • On-time rate this week
  • Battery level and connection quality

Drag the time slider at the bottom of the map to replay the driver's route history.

Creating stops

Click New stop in the Stops tab. The address autocompletes via Mapbox; type at least three characters to see suggestions. Required fields:

  • Address — geocoded automatically.
  • Customer name — visible to the driver.
  • Phone — optional; used for customer notifications.

Optional fields that improve routing:

  • Time window — “deliver between 09:00 and 12:00”
  • Order amount — for end-of-day cash reconciliation
  • Payment method — cash, card, or prepaid
  • Special instructions — free text shown to the driver

Assigning stops to drivers

Three ways to assign:

  1. Drag and dropfrom the unassigned list onto a driver's lane. Stops can be reordered within a lane by dragging.
  2. Auto-optimize — click the button at the top of the Stops tab. Courrex assigns stops based on driver location, current traffic, time windows, and zone preferences. You can review the proposed assignment before dispatching.
  3. Bulk import + assign— upload a CSV with a column for the assigned driver's code. Useful when your upstream system already decides which driver gets which stop.

Pause, resume, reassign

From any driver's lane, click the ⋯ menuto pause that driver (their app shows a paused state and they stop receiving stops), resume, or reassign their remaining stops to another driver in one action.

Reporting

The Reports tab shows:

  • Today's metrics — completion rate, on-time rate, average delivery duration.
  • Weekly trend — chart of stops completed per day, broken down by driver.
  • Per-driver scoreboard — completion rate, average dwell time at stop, top customer ratings.

Click Export CSV at the top right of any report to download a spreadsheet for your accounting tools.

Chat with drivers

The Chat tab opens a thread per driver. Send text, photos, or voice messages. If a driver is set to a different language, your messages are auto-translated when they arrive — and theirs back to English (or your preferred language) when they reach you.

Translation uses Google's public translation API for chat text only. Voice messages are transcribed before translation. See Privacy Policy §7 for details.
